Locally grown, fresh ingredients from West Marin (and a dash of homegrown love) make our pastries shine. We strive to source our ingredients locally; otherwise we rely on established purveyors, such as Callebaut chocolates and Giusto's organic flours.

In Tomales Bay, on California’s North Coast, there’s a special kind of seamlessness between the act of eating and just being in nature. The loveliness of this landscape, which flanks the Point Reyes National Seashore, is in fact shaped largely by food and the raising of it.

Local suppliers include Straus Family Creamery, Taylor Maid Organic Farms, Apple A Day, and producers at Santa Rosa and Petaluma Farmer's Markets. Owner Cameron Ryan harvests from her own organic garden in Tomales, as well. Chard, figs, flowers for all seasons, kale, rosemary, strawberries, and tomatoes; something new comes from the garden each month. Apples, eggs, and raspberries are also sourced locally, in season.
